Our colleagues Adrienn Zemancsik and Zsuzsanna Garaj participated in the workshop organized by WeAreOpen which helped them to review the CSR and DEIB (diversity, equality, inclusion, belonging) activities of Sigma Technology Hungary in a more structured way. Although we continuously focus on our CSR activities, it is always worth looking for development opportunities. Adrienn and Zsuzsa could consider what we "instinctively" do well and what topics could be more emphasized. It was very inspiring for them to meet representatives of other exceptional companies and get to know their stories and ideas on how to improve the world.
