Under the theme "Break the Silence!", this year’s conference will address crucial conversations that often remain unspoken in organizations: issues of bias, psychological safety, and access to opportunity. We aim to empower companies to set the example by creating islands of trust, transparency, merit, and psychological safety in times when we see much of the opposite.

At the revamped OPEN Conference in 2025, we will offer three dynamic spaces for learning: keynote speeches and panels to spark critical conversations, and hands-on workshops for practical strategies to break workplace barriers.

Some of the key topics of our event:
- Why are standalone activities ineffective in fostering true inclusion?
- How would your career trajectory change if you felt confident asking for the salary and benefits you truly deserve?
- How can bold storytelling in mainstream media challenge biases and inspire real change?
- Do your employees feel safe speaking up, or are they just staying silent out of fear?
- How can inclusive hiring ensure true meritocracy and drive innovation?
- Cracking the code: Why are women underrepresented in IT?

TESTIMONIALS
Hear from our Community Members
I had the pleasure of working with the WeAreOpen team - Nóra, Andrea, and Zsuzsa - in 2025, when I was Deputy CEO responsible for the organization at RTL. They conducted a DEI Audit for us and delivered an Unconscious Bias workshop for our colleagues. They make even the most challenging topics easy to work through. DEI and inclusion are areas where many organizations either stay on the surface or get lost in the sensitivity of the subject. WeAreOpen has found that delicate balance: they combined scientific rigor with a remarkable level of empathy throughout our collaboration. Their work clearly reflects not only deep expertise but also a genuine understanding of the human side of these topics. Both the audit and the workshop demonstrated outstanding professional depth, while their authentic presence created an environment where participants felt comfortable opening up and actively engaging in meaningful discussions. I wholeheartedly recommend WeAreOpen to any organization that sees DEI not as a campaign or a checkbox exercise, but as a core organizational value.

Our collaboration with WeAreOpen has been a true source of inspiration and continuous learning for us. They provided invaluable professional support in developing our unconscious bias materials and delivered a thought-provoking and energizing inclusion session at one of our leadership events. Working with them goes beyond a traditional consulting engagement: the process of thinking together and co-creating already brings significant value. Their openness, flexibility, and genuine curiosity create a safe and inspiring space where real dialogue and growth can happen. Every project we collaborate on generates meaningful impact and supports us on our journey to creating a more inclusive corporate culture.

Our communities were facing important challenges, and we were looking for support from new perspectives - which made our collaboration with WeAreOpen especially valuable. It helped us better understand the needs and translate them into a strategy that works for both leadership and our communities, through a structured yet flexible approach and consistently high professional standards.
