Launched in 2016, OPEN Conference is an annual international conference organised by WeAreOpen to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and beyond. With the Open Conference, we aspire to build a community of business decision-makers, experts, and organisations from Europe who are conscious of their current and future impact on diversity and inclusion, both within their organisations and in society at large.
At OPEN Conference, we offer tangible and specific ideas, and inspiring case studies for those who are at the beginning of their journey; and for those who have already gone through positive changes, the possibility of sharing their knowledge with others.
