Zsuzsa László is a leading diversity and inclusion trainer at WeAreOpen, specializing in intercultural competence development, communication and conflict management, leadership, and intercultural conflict resolution. With over 20 years of experience in both Hungarian and international contexts, she has delivered impactful training to a wide range of organizations, helping them build more inclusive and effective workplace cultures. As a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, Zsuzsa integrates this innovative methodology into her work to help teams tackle unconscious bias and foster diversity.In addition to her role as a trainer, Zsuzsa is currently a lecturer at the Institute of Psychology at ELTE University of Sciences in Budapest, Hungary, where she shares her expertise with the next generation of professionals.
