Psychological Safety Workshop and Organizational Scan
More and more leaders recognize that psychological safety is one of the key foundations for building successful companies and effective teams. This unconventional, practice-oriented workshop—facilitated by Al Ghaoui Hesna, author and former war correspondent, and Árvai Eszter, psychologist and organizational development expert—not only shifts perspectives, it also equips participants with immediately applicable tools to help corporate communities stay motivated, engaged, and open to adaptation and innovation in today’s rapidly changing world.

About the Workshop & Organization Scan

Psychological safety means that team members feel secure enough to ask questions, make mistakes, provide feedback, or express differing opinions without fear of shame or negative consequences. The Fearless Organisation Scan is an internationally recognized diagnostic tool based on research from Harvard University, designed to make this complex concept measurable and actionable. It evaluates psychological safety across four key dimensions—helpfulness, attitude toward risk and failure, inclusion and diversity, and open communication—providing a precise picture of a team’s current psychological safety level.

Hesna Al Ghaouiis

Her TV show, Babel, explored the driving forces of human behavior. Through her work, she observed with astonishment the psychological and physical impact of fear, not only on the terrified population but also on soldiers, other journalists, and herself. This is why she later began to explore the subject in more depth and wrote a book entitled "FearBravely," arguing that fear can be used as a motivator in our daily lives, not only as war correspondents but also as parents, peers, creators, employees, and even leaders.

Testimonial
“The Fearless Organization Scan project we implemented provided me with a wealth of valuable insights. On one hand, it confirmed my instincts about my team—that we can work well and effectively together, even during challenging periods. On the other hand, I was surprised to discover, through the Scan results, a few specific areas for improvement that hadn’t previously been on my radar. Thanks to the survey and the subsequent workshop, I now have a much clearer view of the critical areas and where I should focus as a leader. A key question, for example, is how I can encourage quieter team members to speak up in various forums, and how we can further strengthen our culture of inclusion.

The workshop atmosphere was excellent and at times quite intense, which posed a challenge during facilitation, but Eszter handled it brilliantly. She created an environment where even difficult topics were brought up, and constructive conversations emerged around previously unspoken issues. By the end of the process, she provided concrete recommendations that helped me not only maintain but further strengthen trust within the team.”
