Case Studies and Reports
EU Pay Transparency Directive
Starting next summer, the EU regulation aimed at reducing gender pay gaps and increasing transparency in compensation practices will take effect in Hungary. Depending on their size, organizations will soon be required to report on the extent of gender pay differences. This reporting will involve numerous new administrative processes, as well as the collection and analysis of various types of data by employers. Our new publication provides a detailed overview of the directive’s key elements, expected requirements, and necessary metrics. It serves as a practical, easy-to-use guide for all organizations. The publication is available exclusively in Hungarian.
